5th May Message In A Bottle

During one of our all too frequent jogs off the Route, we spotted a little house in Kansas with a captivating garden, full of flowers, plants, trees, garden gnomes, plastic deer and a minature Dutch windmill, replete with kissing Dutch children in yellow clogs. Somehow I longed to participate in this garden and so pulled a packet of artichoke seeds from our 'office' bag and wrote the following note: Dear lovely gardeners, we're passing through on Route 66 (a little lost at the moment) and couldn't help noticing your enchanting garden. We were wondering if you might plant these for us. We live in the middle of London and don't have space for a garden. Best Wishes, Leslie and Helen.
